Collaborating with marketers and leaders in the Global Performance Marketing organization as well as cross-functional teams, you will optimize our performance marketing engine to acquire, engage, and retain customers through a seamless omni-channel experience. You will lead advanced analyses and hands-on experimentation to uncover, validate, and scale new opportunities for paid media and digital marketing. Positioned at the intersection of marketing strategy and analytics, you'll transform data into actionable insights that inform campaign design, resource allocation, and go-to-market decisions. In this high-impact, hands-on role, you will deliver regular performance reporting, design and analyze marketing experiments, and provide clear, compelling recommendations that drive business outcomes.
