Procurement Specialist

BNL specializes in the supply of medical devices and supplies to several leading hospitals in Vietnam. Highly technological advancements are imported from all over the world, such as the UK, the USA, Germany,... Responsibilities Sourcing Development: Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company’s requirements and objectives. Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize pricing, quality, and service levels. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while mitigating risks to the organization. Product Registration: Apply for an import license. Ordering and customs clearance: Work with forwarders to clear customs and monitor the delivery and payment. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other departments in the purchasing and bidding implementation process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent, major in Commercial, International Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Have a good command of both Vietnamese and English Relevant experience in procurement and experience in the medical sector is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
