Job Overview Plan A Technologies is looking for a skilled React Native Develope r to build, refine, and ship high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, care deeply about mobile user experience, and naturally notice—and fix—the missing detail in a user flow, this role is for you. Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience with React Native, focused on iOS and android mobile development to be considered for this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Build & Ship: Develop, test, and maintain performant cross-platform native interfaces for iOS and Android using React Native. Refine UX: Polish micro-interactions, animations, and edge-case flows to ensure a smooth, delightful experience for users. Bridge Flow Gaps: Proactively identify friction points, missing states (loading, offline, errors), or incomplete wireframes and resolve them. Move Fast: Work in short iterations, ship features quickly, and gather immediate feedback without sacrificing code stability. Integrate APIs: Connect mobile clients with RESTful or GraphQL backend services securely and efficiently. Experience 5+ years of experience with React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Solid experience of native iOS and Android ecosystems, lifecycle methods, component patterns, and mobile UI guidelines (Apple Human Interface & Material Design). Experience with native modules (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android). Experience with state management libraries (Zustand, Redux, or Context API). Familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console deployment processes. Strong product sense with high attention to pixel alignment, responsive layouts, and intuitive application flows. Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment, prioritizing speed to deployment while keeping code clean and maintainable. Ability to work autonomously, fill in missing logic in specs, and collaborate directly with product leads. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Self-learner, able to work both independently and as a member of a geographically dispersed team. Initiative and drive to do great things.
