Ensure all outlets and digital sales channels implement display, branding materials, and visual merchandising in accordance with company guidelines. Manage and monitor outlet assets, in collaboration with relevant internal teams, to ensure proper utilization, maintenance, and accountability. Manage and develop Sales Promoter Leaders and Sales Promoters across Simbadda Stores to ensure execution standards and sales targets are achieved. Monitor outlet execution and provide recommendations to improve retail visibility, customer experience, and sales performance. Execute special projects, initiatives, and ad hoc assignments from management to support departmental and company objectives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Operations, or related functions. Proven experience managing retail outlets, in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and retail activation. Experience in new outlet opening projects, including branding, POSM, displays, and store readiness. Strong understanding of sell-out performance, retail traffic, promotional effectiveness, and customer experience. Experience managing Sales Promoters / Sales Promoter Leaders and achieving sales targets. Strong project management, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate retail activities into measurable sales results. Good understanding of offline and online retail channels and their integration within an omnichannel environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with retail management, POS, or reporting systems is an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. English proficiency is preferred.
