Job Title: Data Analyst – Healthcare Company: Aaratech Inc. Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst – Healthcare to support data-driven decision-making across healthcare operations. In this role, you will analyze healthcare data, generate meaningful insights, and develop reports that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance. Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, and analyze healthcare datasets from multiple sources. Identify trends in patient, claims, and operational data. Develop dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools. Collaborate with clinical, business, and IT teams to support data-driven decisions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Prepare reports and present analytical findings to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis techniques. Experience working with healthcare datasets and reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Power BI or Tableau. Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. Experience working with EHR/EMR systems. Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Any certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate are a plus. About Aaratech Inc.
