Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Translate business strategy and stakeholder insights into actionable product plans for a unified technology platform. • Define and prioritize requirements at the epic and feature level, maintaining a well-groomed product roadmap. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, UX, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Conduct product discovery to understand user workflows and identify opportunities for platform enhancements. • Drive innovation in platform capabilities, workflow tooling, and integrations with external systems. • Monitor platform KPIs and feature adoption metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Owner roles, preferably with data products or APIs. • Strong understanding of data products, APIs, data platforms, and cloud technologies. • Proficiency in writing SQL and querying data to understand product data quality and stakeholder use cases. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
