We're hiring an SDR based in Medellín to generate and qualify outbound pipeline for our Account Executive team. You'll own the top of the funnel — prospecting, outreach, and booking qualified meetings — working real-time in US business hours. What you'll do Run high-volume outbound prospecting into US-based industrial and distribution accounts — cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach Research and map target accounts and stakeholders before reaching out — no generic blasts Qualify prospects against a defined criteria set (fit, budget authority, timing) before booking Book qualified meetings directly onto the Account Executive's calendar Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM — every touch logged, every outcome tracked Hit weekly/monthly targets for qualified meetings booked, not just activity volume Work Colombia-standard hours, which align closely with US Eastern/Central time — real-time outreach, no night shift What we're looking for 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or international call center roles, ideally targeting the US market Strong written and spoken English (B2+/C1) — you'll be cold-calling and emailing US prospects directly Comfortable with high call/email volume and a defined outreach cadence Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools Self-motivated and resilient — comfortable with a high rate of "no" and staying disciplined through it Nice to have Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or distribution buyers Prior experience in a US-facing BPO or SaaS outbound team Experience with sequence/cadence tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) What success looks like A steady, predictable flow of qualified meetings for the Account Executive — measured on booked-meeting volume and, more importantly, on how many of those meetings actually convert into real sales conversations (a proxy for lead quality, not just quantity).
