If you're a commercial construction Project Manager who wants to work on interesting projects, with a growing company, and have a real voice in how the work gets done, this is worth a conversation. We're working with a rapidly growing construction company that specializes in projects where the building itself has to perform to demanding standards. Their work supports sophisticated manufacturing, research, laboratory, healthcare, and technology environments. You don't need to come from a cleanroom background. Strong commercial construction experience is what matters. If you've successfully managed complex projects, know how to work with owners, subcontractors, design teams, and field personnel, and you're ready for a more challenging project environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Own · Manage projects from preconstruction through completion. · Take responsibility for project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships. · Coordinate closely with estimating, engineering, field operations, and senior leadership. · Work with clients and design teams to identify issues early and keep decisions moving. · Monitor project costs, commitments, changes, and overall financial performance. · Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to keep work progressing according to plan. · Maintain project documentation and communication through the entire project lifecycle. · Help resolve field and design issues before they become schedule or cost problems. · Participate in project planning and provide input on constructability and execution. · Build strong relationships with clients and position the company for repeat business. What We're Looking For · 4+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial General Contractor. · Experience managing commercial construction projects from start through closeout. · Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and client management. · Experience with technically complex commercial construction is highly valued. · Design-build experience is a plus. · Procore experience preferred. · Strong communication and problem-solving skills. · Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
