We’re looking for a hardworking, hands-on and dynamic Marketing Manager based in Barcelona to drive all Impress marketing activities for one of our key European markets. 📍 Location: This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) . You’ll be working closely with our international marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative office environment. ✨ What You'll Do Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for one of our key European markets. Localise & deploy marketing initiatives & campaigns. Take care of all marketing operations across the country, with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients. Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC. Stay on top of health-tech market trends and support market research efforts where required. Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc.). Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance 💡 What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health-tech sector. Strong knowledge of at least one European market (Germany, Netherlands, or another relevant country). Solid hands-on experience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end-to-end. Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non-digital channels. Both creative and analytical mindset. Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing. Strong written and verbal communications skills: you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
