STATOK is a Cyprus-based regulated brokerage firm specializing in providing access to the US Equities markets. In partnership with best-in-class brokers and fintech companies, we are building a modern, robust trading infrastructure to accommodate high-volume professional clients, both institutional and individuals. We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager (full time or part time) that will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing clients and selected prospective clients, with the objective of strengthening client engagement, retention, and commercial cooperation. Role responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Act as the primary relationship point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with clients. Maintain regular and proactive communication to understand clients' business needs, expectations, priorities, and overall experience with the Company. Provide clients with accurate information regarding the Company's services, products, capabilities, terms of business within the authorized scope. Assess the quality of the client relationship and identify unmet needs, dissatisfaction and potential retention risks. Collect relevant client feedback and communicate insights to appropriate internal stakeholders. Strengthen client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention. Client Portfolio Development Manage an assigned portfolio of existing clients. Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and expand cooperation. Identify client needs and promote relevant Company services and solutions within the authorized scope. Proactively engage inactive or less-active clients where commercially appropriate. Prospective Client Development and Onboarding Coordination Act as commercial and relationship point of contact for selected prospective clients. Understand prospective client's needs and present relevant Company services, products, capabilities and terms. Support conversion of prospective clients into active clients. Explain the account opening process and refer prospective clients to the Onboarding Department for formal onboarding. Maintain communication with prospective clients during onboarding and follow up on progress from a relationship perspective. Coordinate with Onboarding and other relevant functions where relationship involvement is required to address communication gaps or blockers. Client Requests and Internal Coordination Act as a relationship-level point of coordination for client matters Direct routine service and operational enquiries to the Company's designated Support or other responsible functions. Coordinate with SUpport, Onboarding, Operations, Compliance, Legal or other relevant functions where a client matter requires cross-functional involvement. Communicate material client needs, expectations, priorities and relationship developments to relevant internal stakeholders. Facilitate communication between the client and responsible internal fucntions where appropriate. Escalate material delays, recurring service issues, or unresolved matters where they may adversely affect the client relationship. Identify recurring client issues and communicate relevant observations internally to support improvements in the client experience. Identify client communications or circumstances that may constitute a formal complaint and promptly refer them to Compliance in accordance with the Company's applicable procedure. Client Activity Compliance Conduct client-facing activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Company procedures. Ensure client communications remain within the Account Manager’s authorized scope and are accurate, clear, fair, and not misleading. Identify and escalate potential compliance, conduct, conflict-of-interest, reputational, or client-related risks to the appropriate control function. Cooperate with Compliance and other control functions where Account Manager input or client communication is required. Maintain appropriate confidentiality and handle client information in accordance with Company requirements. Client Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting Monitor client activity, trading volumes, engagement and overall relationship development within the assigned portfolio. Identify significant changes, trends, risks, retention concerns, and commercial opportunities within the client portfolio. Provide management with relevant updates regarding significant client developments, commercial opportunities, risks, and outstanding relationship matters. Highlight recurring service issues or relationship concerns identified across the assigned portfolio. Contribute client and market insights to commercial and business planning. Candidate Qualifications & Skill Set: High proficiency in spoken Ukrainian is a must CySEC Basic or Advanced certification required, may be obtained during the probation period. Excellent client communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Relevant experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management, preferably within brokerage, banking or other financial services. Relevant account management skills with experience in client relationship development, retention, and portfolio growth. Sales skills, including needs discovery, solution presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Good understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and relevant financial instruments. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Good understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to client-facing activities and communications within a regulated financial services environment. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify client needs and opportunities to expand cooperation. Strong cross-functional coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with Support, Onboarding, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other relevant functions.
