Your Mission The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications that support business needs and enhance user experiences. This role contributes to the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the software development lifecycle. What you will do Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend technologies. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services. Implement software solutions following established architectures and design patterns. Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation. Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments. Strong experience with Java and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET, Express.js, or Django. Experience with React or Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience building REST APIs and web services. Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. English B1+ or higher. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
