1. Job Responsibilities Develop, expand and maintain electronic component suppliers and sourcing channels locally and internationally. Communicate, negotiate pricing and commercial terms with distributors and suppliers. Follow up on quotations, inventory, lead times and order status. Work closely with the Sales team to source components based on customer requirements. Monitor market prices and supply trends, identify alternative sources and optimize purchasing costs. Build and maintain the supplier database and continuously expand the supplier network. 2. Requirements 3+ years of experience in purchasing/sourcing in the electronic components industry. Strong relationships with electronic component distributors and suppliers. Good understanding of the electronic components market, with strong sourcing and price negotiation skills. Ability to respond quickly to sourcing requests and identify hard-to-find or shortage components. Good Chinese or English communication skills are an advantage. 3. Preferred Qualifications Candidates with experiences in large electronics manufacturing factories/trading companies or major distributors are highly preferred. Experience sourcing for or working with EMS/OEM/ODM and large electronics manufacturers. Experience with electronic components. 4. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: USD 700–1,000 net/month, depending on experience and capabilities. Commission: Competitive commission scheme based on performance and sourcing results.
