Location: Dubai, UAE | Experience: 4–5+ Years Industry: Medical Devices We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our application, product support, sales support, Oversee inventory levels. Key Responsibilities Coordinate product training, demonstrations, workshops, and educational sessions. Assist with product presentations, technical documentation, and customer communications. Support sales and commercial activities, including presentations and marketing materials. Monitor inventory levels and consignment stock at hospitals. Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding movement of instrument sets. Prepare presentations, brochures, reports, and other business materials. Maintain and analyze operational data, inventory records, and reports using Microsoft Excel . Requirements 4–5+ years of relevant experience , preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry. Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field . Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint . Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Valid UAE Driving License .
