We are looking for a professional, polished and personable Receptionist to join our corporate office in DIFC . As the first point of contact for the business, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, clients, investors and corporate guests. This is a high-visibility role within a sophisticated corporate environment, so exceptional presentation, communication and attention to detail are essential. The Role You will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing a consistently high standard of front-of-house service. You will interact regularly with senior executives, clients, investors and UHNW individuals , requiring a high level of discretion, confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the office. Welcome and register clients, guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately. Coordinate visitor access and liaise with building security and DIFC facilities where required. Maintain a clean, organised and professionally presented reception area. Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for visitors. Work closely with the Office Assistant to ensure guests receive a seamless hospitality experience. Assist with arranging refreshments, catering and other requirements for meetings and events. Receive and coordinate deliveries, couriers and incoming correspondence. Support general office administration and facilities requirements. Assist with organising internal meetings, events and corporate functions. Maintain visitor records and other reception-related documentation. Provide administrative support to the wider team as required. Handle sensitive information and interactions with complete confidentiality. Carry out other ad hoc operational and administrative duties as required. Experience & Skills Previous experience in a professional corporate setting is essential. Previous experience in a corporate reception, private office, family office, luxury hospitality, five-star hotel or similar environment. Experience working with UHNW individuals, VIPs, senior executives or high-profile clients is highly desirable. Previous experience in the UAE or within DIFC is advantageous. Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic language skills are preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and manner. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and standard office systems. Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
