Objetivo del Cargo Buscamos un(a) Desarrollador(a) Salesforce Industries Senior con sólida experiencia en desarrollo sobre Salesforce Platform, Salesforce Industries y OmniStudio, capaz de diseñar, construir e implementar soluciones de manera autónoma y participar activamente en proyectos de alta complejidad. Funciones Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones sobre Salesforce Platform. Desarrollar componentes utilizando Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL y Flow Builder. Implementar soluciones sobre Salesforce Industries y Communication Cloud. Diseñar y desarrollar componentes de OmniStudio, incluyendo OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors e Integration Procedures. Configurar soluciones sobre Industries CPQ y Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC). Desarrollar integraciones con sistemas corporativos mediante APIs REST y SOAP. Participar en revisiones de código, estimaciones y refinamientos técnicos. Apoyar pruebas SIT, regresión y UAT, así como despliegues a diferentes ambientes. Gestionar procesos de versionamiento y despliegue utilizando Git, Salesforce DX y herramientas CI/CD. Elaborar documentación técnica y funcional de las soluciones implementadas. Aplicar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, seguridad, rendimiento y arquitectura Salesforce. Requisitos Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines . Entre 4 y 6 años de experiencia profesional . Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia desarrollando soluciones Salesforce . Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en Salesforce Industries / Vlocity . Certificaciones en alguna de las mencionadas: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce OmniStudio Developer. Experiencia sólida en: Salesforce Platform. Apex. Lightning Web Components. Flow Builder. Salesforce Industries. Communication Cloud. OmniStudio. OmniScripts. FlexCards. DataRaptors. Integration Procedures. Industries CPQ. Enterprise Product Catalog. Integraciones REST/SOAP. Git y Salesforce DX. DevOps y CI/CD. Conocimientos específicos Se valorará experiencia adicional en: Sales Cloud y Service Cloud. Decision Tables y Expression Sets. Order Management. OAuth. Azure DevOps o GitHub. Visual Studio Code. Jira. Metodologías ágiles, especialmente Scrum. Proyectos del sector telecomunicaciones .
