Role Description The Plant Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India , responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and reliable operation of plant equipment, machinery, utilities, and engineering systems. The role involves monitoring plant performance, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Knowledge of plant utilities such as boilers, compressors, pumps, cooling systems, and associated equipment . Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities. Experience in coordinating with production, maintenance, quality, utilities, and other plant functions . Ability to supervise engineering activities and coordinate effectively with technicians, contractors, and service providers. Good planning, documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Strong focus on plant safety, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement .
