Job Title: Recruiter Time Zone: EST Hours: Full-time | 9:00am to 5:00pm with reasonable flexibility We’re hiring a Recruiter to join our internal team at HireUA . We’re not looking for someone who checks every traditional recruiting box. We’re looking for someone who is smart, reliable, proactive, quick to learn, and has common sense . Someone who communicates well, follows up without being reminded, responds quickly, and is genuinely willing to learn. If you have recruiting experience, great. If you don’t have much experience but you’re organized, resourceful, comfortable talking to people, and eager to learn — we’d still love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Source and identify candidates for a variety of remote roles Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find and reach out to potential candidates Review inbound applications and identify strong candidates Conduct screening interviews and evaluate candidate fit Maintain consistent follow-ups with candidates throughout the process Coordinate candidate availability and interviews Collaborate with different teams across the company Manage multiple open positions and priorities at the same time Make sure candidates have a smooth and professional experience from first contact through placement What We’re Looking For Excellent English — written and spoken Comfortable using LinkedIn and navigating the platform efficiently Strong communication and people skills Highly responsive and reliable Proactive and able to take ownership of your work Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once Good judgment and common sense Comfortable working independently and figuring things out when needed Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment Preferred, But Not Required Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Previous experience in agency settings Who Will Do Well in This Role You’ll probably be a great fit if you’re the type of person who doesn’t need to be chased for updates , notices when something needs to be done, and takes care of it. We can teach you our recruitment process, tools, and systems. What matters more to us is that you’re dependable, communicative, resourceful, and willing to learn .
