We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to join the IGTalents team and lead searches for C-level and Head-level professionals across the international iGaming market. Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment for C-level and Head-level positions • Identify and engage strong passive candidates through direct search and headhunting • Conduct market mapping and build talent pipelines across key iGaming markets • Partner closely with founders, executives, and hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile • Advise clients on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategy • Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare structured candidate assessments • Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process—from initial contact to offer acceptance • Build long-term relationships with senior iGaming professionals • Represent IGTalents at international conferences and industry events • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS Requirements • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, including Executive Search • Proven experience closing C-level and Head-level positions • Strong understanding of the iGaming industry and its key business functions • Confidence in working with passive candidates and complex searches • Ability to communicate with founders, executives, and senior hiring managers as a business partner • Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills • Proactive, results-driven, and able to think outside the box • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Previous recruitment experience in iGaming is a mandatory requirement • Russian or Ukrainian — Fluent • English — B2 or higher • Willingness to travel to international iGaming conferences We offer • Fully remote work • International searches across Europe, LATAM, Africa, and MENA • A strong portfolio of C-level and leadership vacancies • Access to a database of 70,000+ iGaming professionals • Direct collaboration with experienced recruitment leaders • Support and mentorship throughout complex executive searches • Opportunities to attend major international iGaming conferences • Fixed salary with performance-based bonuses • 18 paid vacation days and 10 paid sick days • A results-driven environment with trust, autonomy, and minimal bureaucracy • The opportunity to build a strong professional network and work on searches that make a real impact on international businesses At IGTalents, we find strong candidates who build successful businesses. 📩 If you’re interested or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to reach out.
