The Web Engineering team at Miniclip is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build and evolve the systems that power our Core platform. You’ll join a small, focused team working across the stack, using technologies such as Golang and Vue, and collaborating closely with Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Operations, SDK Engineering, QA and other teams. What will you be doing at Miniclip? Design, build and own full-stack systems, from Go back-end services to Vue front-end applications. Work collaboratively across engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Plan and prioritise work within a Kanban-style environment, adapting as priorities change. Establish and promote strong software development practices across the team. Test, document and maintain software, helping to set high standards for quality. Troubleshoot production issues across the stack and take ownership of complex problems through to resolution. Drive improvements in observability, monitoring and system reliability. Contribute to technical decisions and act as a technical reference within the team. Support the technical growth of the team through knowledge sharing and mentoring. Continuously learn, challenge existing approaches and help improve the way we build and operate software. What are we looking for? Strong full-stack development experience, with a track record of building and supporting production software. Strong experience with Golang (or a similar strongly typed language) and Vue. Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Git and modern software development practices. A strong focus on reliability, observability and production quality, with a proactive approach to solving problems. Comfortable working across the software lifecycle, from design and implementation through to deployment and operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a dynamic environment. It would be a plus if you have Experience with AWS or other large-scale cloud platforms. Experience with production system migrations. Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools. Experience with CI/CD systems. Experience with privacy and compliance systems. Strong UI/UX awareness and experience contributing to front-end design decisions.
