Responsibilities and Duties: Dispense and compound medications for Out-Patient Pharmacy (OPD) patients. Review and accurately process prescriptions in accordance with pharmacy standards. Manage medication inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and expiration control. Maintain accurate patient medication records and prescription files. Process purchase and stock requisitions to ensure medication availability.
