We are looking for a Recruiter - Early Careers & Campus who brings strong capability in stakeholder partnership, candidate assessment, and high-volume recruitment delivery and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results. You'll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment colleagues to support large-scale graduate and internship hiring campaigns while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. This is a fixed-term opportunity providing temporary support for peak Early Careers hiring activity from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026. Key Accountabilities Stakeholder Partnership Use your relationship-building skills to create and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders. Apply your communication and influencing skills to advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and ensure agreed timelines are achieved. Collaborate with recruitment leadership and campus hiring teams to develop and execute attraction and hiring strategies aligned to business demand. Use your stakeholder management skills to anticipate challenges, provide solutions, and escalate risks where appropriate. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the hiring manager and candidate experience. Recruitment Delivery Lead recruitment activity across graduate and internship hiring programmes, ensuring a seamless and high-quality recruitment process. Apply your interviewing and assessment skills to screen, evaluate, and progress candidates through the recruitment lifecycle. Use your organisational and prioritisation skills to manage high application volumes and multiple requisitions simultaneously. Collaborate with onsite, offshore, and coordinator teams to deliver efficient recruitment services and meet agreed service levels. Support hiring managers in candidate selection, calibration discussions, and offer decisions. Contribute to achieving hiring demand targets, diversity objectives, and recruitment performance measures. Use your problem-solving skills to proactively identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Data, Reporting & Compliance Apply your attention to detail to maintain accurate candidate and requisition information across recruitment systems and trackers. Use your analytical skills to monitor recruitment activity, identify trends, and support reporting requirements. Contribute to governance and reporting activities by providing accurate recruitment data and insights. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation, client requirements, and AMS policies. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and service delivery. Skills & Requirements Demonstrated ability in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment. Strength in managing high-volume recruitment activity while maintaining quality and accuracy. Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues. Strong communication skills with the ability to advise, influence, and manage stakeholder expectations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple activities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
