General Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from universities in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the tourism and hospitality industry, Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, social media, content management, and brand communication, Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and performance monitoring, Experience in agency and supplier management, Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, Proven experience in team management, Proficiency in MS Office applications, Advanced level of English; proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred, Strong analytical thinking skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach. General Responsibilities Planning and implementing the hotel’s marketing and communication strategies, Managing B2B and B2C marketing activities, Maintaining and enhancing brand standards, Coordinating social media, website, and content management processes, Managing events, sponsorships, and partnerships, Effectively managing and reporting on the marketing budget.
