Specialist HR Process & System Management Europe - Regional CoE

Your Contribution Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across the European region, helping to optimize HR processes and systems. Act as the technical counterpart for operational HR teams, translating business needs into digital solutions. Support and enhance HR IT systems, including requirements gathering, testing, releases, and change requests, with a focus on UKG and SAP HCM. Work closely with international stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, HR IT, Global CoEs, and external partners. Support the rollout and adoption of new tools through training, documentation, and user support. Bring a consultative mindset while taking ownership and maintaining a hands-on approach to implementation and problem-solving. Your Experience & Qualifications Degree in Digital Business, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or HR/IT project environments. Good understanding of HR processes and hands-on experience with UKG and SAP HCM; SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership. Fluent English.
