Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will take on a key part in turning raw data into valuable insights that guide both strategic and day-to-day decisions. You will collaborate with various business areas to craft solutions that boost efficiency, transparency, and the overall reliability of information throughout the organization. Responsibilities Build and sustain management dashboards in Power BI to track important area metrics Streamline processes for gathering, processing, and consolidating data from SAP and other corporate systems Write Python scripts to enable integration, cleansing, cross-referencing, and automatic refreshing of databases Establish management controls for tracking deadlines, budgets, resources, project portfolios, and area requests Design automated workflows to minimize rework and strengthen the reliability of information Assist in building analytical models to pinpoint risks, deviations, and areas for improvement Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to aid solution development, process optimization, and productivity improvements Team up with business units to grasp their needs and convert requirements into digital solutions Requirements At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis positions Strong background in Power BI, covering data modeling, DAX, and dashboard creation Experience applying Python for data manipulation and automation Knowledge of SQL for data querying and management Experience with processing, integrating, and cross-referencing large-scale databases Knowledge of extracting and processing data from SAP Advanced Excel skills, with Power Query experience viewed as a plus Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience working within electricity sector companies Knowledge of MT/BT Network Expansion processes Experience with SAP PM, PS, or other project management-related modules Experience building executive indicators and dashboards for senior leadership Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools Knowledge of APIs and system integration Experience using Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude, to build solutions and automations Knowledge of code versioning through Git We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
