Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a central part in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. You will work closely with different business areas to design solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and the overall quality of information across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and maintain management dashboards in Power BI to monitor key area indicators Automate processes for collecting, processing, and consolidating data from SAP and other corporate databases Develop Python scripts to support integration, cleaning, cross-referencing, and automatic updating of databases Create management controls to monitor deadlines, budget, resources, project portfolio, and area demands Structure automated workflows to reduce rework and increase the reliability of information Support the development of analytical models to identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to support solution development, process optimization, and productivity gains Partner with business teams to understand needs and translate requirements into digital solutions Requirements A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis roles Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard building Experience with Python applied to data manipulation and automation Knowledge of SQL for querying and managing data Experience processing, integrating, and cross-referencing large databases Knowledge of extracting and processing information from SAP Advanced Excel skills, with experience in Power Query considered a plus Strong written and spoken proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher Nice to have Experience working in companies within the electricity sector Knowledge of MT/BT Network Expansion processes Experience with SAP PM, PS, or other modules related to project management Experience developing executive indicators and dashboards for senior management Experience with Power Automate or other automation tools Knowledge of APIs and system integration Experience using Generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or Claude, for developing solutions and automations Knowledge of code versioning using Git We offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Healthcare benefits Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
