Job Purpose: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement for the IT Distribution business. The role works closely with sales, technical, vendor, and partner teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing activities, coordinate events, and support business growth objectives. Key functions: Support the execution of marketing campaigns focused IT products and solutions. Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, email newsletters, and internal communications. Assist in managing e-commerce listings and promotional offers set up on the e-commerce portal. Help coordinate events, webinars, and demo experiences tailored to business clients. Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align messaging and campaign goals. Assist with CRM updates, lead qualification, lead tracking, and reporting on campaign performance. Help manage digital assets, product collateral, and partner co-marketing materials. Monitor and report on engagement metrics across platforms (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, etc.). Provide general administrative and creative support to the marketing team. Assist in developing quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned to vendor and business objectives. Qualifications and skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in marketing, ideally within the IT or B2B sector. Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Google Ads, Copilot, LinkedIn, CRM systems and analytics tools. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Canva, Mailchimp etc Strong communication skills Good understanding of marketing principles and digital channels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
