Job Summary The AI & Marketing Analytics Operations Manager builds the AI, automation, data, and reporting capabilities that power the company's Marketing function. The role uses AI to strengthen reporting and analytics and to automate Marketing's operational processes and campaign execution, turning fragmented information and manual workflows into trusted insights and scalable, production-ready systems. Success requires a builder's mindset: the ability to design, ship, and maintain production-ready AI agents, applications, and reporting solutions rather than simply use prompting tools, and to translate complex technical concepts into clear actions for business leaders. Key Responsibilities Build AI-driven reporting solutions that automate data preparation, analysis, narrative generation, insight identification, and recurring business readouts. Design, ship, and maintain AI agents, skills, and applications that automate operational processes, marketing tasks, and campaign execution, and enable teams to interrogate data, surface trends, and identify recommended actions. Own and evolve Marketing's reporting ecosystem, including channel reporting across paid media, digital, web, email, events, partner, ABM, lifecycle, and organic programs. Design attribution models with fluency across common approaches to guide channel investment decisions and uncover the buyer journey. Establish measurement frameworks, reporting standards, and KPI definitions that enable consistent decision-making across Marketing and partner functions. Build executive-ready reporting that connects channel and campaign performance to pipeline, revenue, acquisition, and conversion outcomes. Prepare and lead leadership readouts, business reviews, and performance discussions that explain what happened, why, and what action should follow, surfacing trends, risks, opportunities, and tradeoffs. Collaborate cross-functionally to align data definitions, reporting logic, system requirements, and shared measures of success. Required Qualifications Five or more years in Marketing or Revenue Analytics or a related field. Demonstrated experience building AI-driven reporting solutions with modern AI technologies, and building production-ready AI applications, agents, or automations rather than simply prompting or using standalone AI tools. Working knowledge of multiple attribution models, with the judgment to explain their strengths, limitations, and appropriate use cases. Strong hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing reporting and campaign performance measurement. Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) reporting structures, campaign hierarchy, and data-quality practices sufficient to inform AI-driven and in-app reporting builds. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts and complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level readouts for non-technical audiences. Nice to Have Experience with Claude Code and Claude Cowork, or comparable AI-assisted development environments. Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) and Microsoft Power Automate or the broader Power Platform. Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, semantic models, and DAX. SQL and familiarity with data warehouses, APIs, or modern marketing data stacks. Experience in a high-growth B2B technology, SaaS, or private equity-backed environment.

Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
