RPA Developer at BairesDev As an RPA Developer, you will design and implement robotic process automation solutions to streamline complex business operations. You will act as a link between manual workflows and digital efficiency, ensuring that automated bots are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational objectives. What You'll Do Design and configure end-to-end automation processes using enterprise RPA platforms and frameworks. Build modular and reusable components to ensure the scalability and efficiency of the digital workforce. Document technical architectures and execution paths to maintain clear governance over automated workflows. Integrate automation scripts with databases and third-party applications to handle diverse data operations. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks by implementing robust error-handling and exception management logic. Collaborate with analysts to translate operational requirements into high-performing automated transactions. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Software Engineering. Proven expertise in developing and deploying automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator. Proficiency with the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework) and dispatcher/performer models. Hands-on experience with workflow automation, debugging, and ODBC database integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business processes into technical logic. Advanced proficiency in English.
