Key Responsibilities Design user-centered product experiences for complex digital products and platforms. Create prototypes and design solutions using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and established design systems. Apply UX design methods and frameworks to translate complex requirements into intuitive and high-quality experiences. Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams while balancing strategy, execution, and user needs. Required Skills & Qualifications Portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and strong user-centered product experience work. Proficiency with Figma, AI prototyping tools, and design systems. Experience designing complex product experiences, such as B2B products, data-heavy platforms, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-based features. Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and established design methodologies. Ability to apply design methods and frameworks to deliver high-quality work within timelines. Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles. Experience designing native mobile app experiences. Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Skills Experience working with AI-powered product experiences. Experience designing for data-intensive or enterprise applications. Familiarity with usability testing and user research methodologies. Experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
