Role Description The Account Manager role at EPW is a full-time, on-site position based in Stellenbosch. This role is responsible for managing and developing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that client needs are understood and met. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients, coordinating internal teams to deliver services, preparing proposals and quotations, and monitoring contract performance. The Account Manager will track account activity, identify opportunities for growth, address issues promptly, and support the implementation of solutions that enhance client satisfaction. The role also involves reporting on account progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to process improvements and best practices within the team. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and competence in managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously. Comfort with basic business and financial concepts, including reading quotations, contracts, and performance reports. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and willingness to learn company-specific systems. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment. Problem-solving mindset, with the capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and follow through to resolution. Relevant post-school qualification in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, as is prior experience in the local Stellenbosch or broader regional market.
