Join Concentrix today as a Customer Service Representative for a Global Flight Ticket Application ! 📍 Work Location: QTSC Building 1 - No. 14 Street, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. ✈️ SCOPE OF WORK Guest & Partner Liaison: Liaise between guests and partners to resolve light complexity issues via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and messaging on various topics such as additional travel advice, modifications, cancellations, and complaints. Information Accuracy: Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes. Escalation Management: Immediately update serious cases or inconstant situations. Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.
