Account Manager

Responsibilities Achieve assigned new business, renewal, and revenue targets within the MSME market. Drive market share growth by acquiring new accounts from assigned geographic territories and intermediary channels. Increase sales of PRIMA and eReady Advance products by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities. Ensure the timely renewal and retention of assigned MSME accounts through proactive account management, renewal proposals, and portfolio analysis. Build and strengthen relationships with assigned agency units and brokers to maximize product promotion, generate referrals, and improve portfolio retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive solutions, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Experience At least 2–5 years of sales or business development experience , preferably in the insurance, HMO, financial services, or related industry. Proven track record in achieving sales, renewal, and revenue targets. Experience in acquiring new business, managing client portfolios, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Experience working with brokers, agents, or intermediary channels is an advantage. Familiarity with the MSME market and healthcare or insurance products is preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities and portfolio performance. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Willing to travel within assigned territories as required
