For our engineering center in Krakow, Poland, we are seeking an Expert AI/ML Engineer to drive the design and technical direction of advanced machine learning solutions for perception, behavior understanding, prediction, and planning in automotive applications. The role supports assisted and automated parking systems, spanning perception, environment understanding, trajectory prediction, and automated maneuver planning. Your role Develop and optimize machine learning models for perception, prediction, and planning applications. Design solutions for computer vision and multi-modal sensor processing. Contribute to trajectory forecasting and automated planning algorithms. Build and maintain data processing, training, and evaluation pipelines. Analyze large-scale datasets and validate model performance in real-world scenarios. Collaborate with software, systems, and product engineering teams. Contribute to continuous improvement of algorithms, tools, and development processes. Your background MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Robotics, or a related field. Experience developing ML solutions in computer vision, machine learning, robotics, or related domains. Strong foundation in linear algebra, probability, and optimization. Hands-on experience in several of: Computer vision (detection, segmentation, tracking, 3D perception) Deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, Vision Transformers) Temporal or sequential modeling Representation learning, self-supervised learning, or multimodal learning Experience with PyTorch or equivalent ML frameworks. Strong Python programming skills. Experience working with datasets, training pipelines, and model evaluation. Good English communication skills. Preferred Experience with trajectory prediction, planning, or reinforcement learning. C++ programming experience. Experience with large-scale training infrastructure. Knowledge of model deployment and optimization. Experience with embedded or edge AI systems. Familiarity with ADAS, autonomous driving, or automotive datasets. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
