Staff Product Manager, Payment

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Payment based in Australia. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on building and evolving payment infrastructure where product decisions directly influence how businesses get paid. You’ll own the Payments product end to end, spanning payment rails, ledgers, settlement, reconciliation, fraud, risk, compliance, and customer experience. Working in a tight pod alongside engineers and a designer, you’ll move rapidly from identifying opportunities to validating, shipping, and improving solutions with real customers. The role places a strong emphasis on product judgment, experimentation, technical fluency, and measurable business outcomes rather than traditional roadmap management. You’ll operate in an AI-enabled product environment where speed is important, but financial accuracy, reliability, and risk management are critical. This is an opportunity for an experienced payments product leader to shape a globally relevant financial platform while working with substantial autonomy.
