eCom Operations Manager

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations within a fast-growing direct-to-consumer health and wellness business. You will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a high-performance environment where priorities move quickly. The role combines operational leadership, process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on problem solving. You will build and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems that enable the business to scale efficiently. You will also identify bottlenecks, coordinate core eCommerce operations, and turn operational challenges into practical solutions.
