*Job Summary* We are seeking a reliable, skilled *Line Cooks* to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will prepare high-quality dishes, prep for daily operations as well as banquets and events, maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen , and work closely with the chef to ensure smooth service. Pay is based on experience. Must be available to work all shifts including evenings and weekends. *Responsibilities* * Prepare ingredients and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality. * Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. * Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness. * Ensure all food is served promptly and accurately, supporting smooth restaurant operations. * Uphold health and safety standards by practicing proper sanitation and hygiene procedures. *Skills* * Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting. * Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices. * Excellent skills in meal preparation, including chopping, grilling, sautéing, and plating dishes. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure seamless service delivery.
