A dynamic and growing organization, Adaptall is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario! Adaptall specializes in the conversion of hydraulic adapters and fittings, between International (?Metric?) and American (?Imperial?) thread types. Adaptall opened its doors in the spring of 1985 and has grown to have a strong presence in the hydraulic adapter industry with locations in Mississauga, ON, Pickering, ON, Twinsburg, OH, Houston, TX and Gilbert Az. *Position:* Warehouse Associate *Shift: *Mon-Fri 8:00am ? 4:30pm or 8:30am ? 5:00pm *Expected Start Date: *Immediately *Starting Wage*: 21.00/hr *Responsibilities and Duties:* * Receive, unload, sort and store incoming product. * Locate, pick, load and ship outgoing orders * Kitting and light assembly * Completing paperwork and updating ERP software * Inventory Counts * Follow procedures to ensure the accurate, efficient, and safe operation of all equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, etc.) * Notify operational management of any equipment maintenance required. * Comply with all regulatory requirements. * Report all building failures, including racking, lighting, floors, etc. * Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion. * Attention to detail and safety at all times. * Perform other duties as required. *Skills and Requirements:* * Ability to take direction, learn quickly, communicate effectively and work with a team. * Ability to read and count accurately, do simple math and type accurately * Criminal Background Check required * Organized and strong attention to detail * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Able to work both independently and as part of a team * Computer skills required to operate inventory software, print labels, etc. * Reliable and motivated individual * Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude. * Takes initiative, is proactive, and results-oriented. * Eagerness to learn new skills * Good manual dexterity and precise hand/eye coordination * Forklift Operator: 1 year an asset but not required *What Adaptall Can Offer you:* * Health Insurance Package * Employer Matching Retirement Program * Free on-site parking * Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * warehouse: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Forklift Licence (required) Work Location: In person Location Mississauga , ON Work location On site Salary $ 21.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10235231196 Various locations Mississauga, ON
