physiotherapy assistant

Position Overview The Physiotherapy Assistant will work *under the supervision and direction of a Registered Physiotherapist* to assist with client treatments, clinic activities, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patients. Key Responsibilities * Assist the physiotherapist with treatment and exercise programs. * Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment. * Assist clients with prescribed exercises and treatment activities as directed by the physiotherapist. * Monitor and report client responses or concerns to the supervising physiotherapist. * Maintain cleanliness , doing laundry and organization of the clinic. * Provide friendly and professional support to clients. * Assist with basic reception and administrative duties when required. Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience as a *Physiotherapy Assistant* is an asset. * Experience working in a *physiotherapy or healthcare clinic* is preferred but not required. * Reception or administrative experience is an asset. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of a physiotherapist. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working with clients of different ages and needs. * *Punjabi-speaking is an asset.* * Must be available to work *evenings, with the ability to work until 8:00 PM* when scheduled.
