Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations at our installation shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability. Duties: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the shop's operations - Train, schedule, and supervise employees - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and organized shop environment Qualifications: - Proven experience in a shop management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of vehicle installations (wiring) - Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team - Excellent time management skills This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting.
