*Pelvic Health Physiotherapy at EPA: Build the Pelvic Practice You Want * _Join one of Ontario?s most experienced pelvic health teams, with real patient demand, deep mentorship, and the flexibility to build anything from a mixed caseload to a nearly full pelvic health practice._ Eramosa Physiotherapy Associates (EPA) is hiring a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our established pelvic health program. This is not a clinic that simply lists pelvic health as a service. We have clients calling daily looking for care for their pelvic health needs, and we have the systems, spaces, mentorship, and team experience to support clinicians who are passionate about this work. Your pelvic caseload can reflect your interests. Some clinicians prefer to treat a couple of pelvic clients alongside a broader orthopaedic caseload, while others choose to grow toward a nearly 100% pelvic specialty practice. If pelvic health is where your passion is, EPA gives you the patient demand and clinical support to build in that direction. *Why Pelvic Health Physios Choose EPA* *A Real Pelvic Health Program, Not Just a Service Listing* * Treat clients who are already seeking pelvic health physiotherapy at EPA, with new inquiries coming in daily across our clinics. * Shape your caseload around your clinical interests, from a small number of pelvic clients to a highly specialized pelvic health practice. * Work within one of the first, if not the first, pelvic health programs in each of our respective communities. * Support clients across a wide range of pelvic health needs, including incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum care, prolapse, pelvic pain, and male pelvic health. *A Pelvic Health Legacy with Deep Roots* * EPA?s pelvic health program began with our founder, Jackie Sinkeldam, who was Guelph?s first pelvic physiotherapist and wanted to better support women through pelvic health care. * What started as one clinician?s passion has grown into an entire network of pelvic health physiotherapists across EPA. * Today, our pelvic team brings nearly 200 years of combined experience, giving you a lot of clinical brains to pick when questions come up. *Mentorship from One of Ontario?s Leading Pelvic Teams* * Learn from Nicole Watson, who leads our pelvic health program and brings more than 25 years of pelvic health experience. * Nicole teaches with Pelvic Health Solutions and supports EPA clinicians through their pelvic education journey, no matter where they are starting from. * Get support in many forms, from quick informal questions in the charting room to regular, scheduled, paid pelvic rounds offered in person or virtually. * Access colleagues with experience across women?s health, pregnancy and postpartum care, prolapse, pelvic pain, incontinence, and male pelvic health. *Private, Purpose-Built Spaces for Pelvic Care* * Treat in private spaces designed for pelvic health care, with the supplies, models, and equipment needed to assess, treat, and educate clients well. * Work in an environment where pelvic health is understood, supported, and built into the clinic experience rather than treated as an add-on. * At our Gordon Street location, join a known pelvic health centre that also includes our formal collaboration with CSIO to support elite athletes in accessing pelvic health services. *What You?ll Get as an EPA Pelvic Health Physiotherapist* * Compensation range from $85,000 to $120,000 ? let us show you how! * Paid charting time, vacation pay, stat holidays, and sick days. * Vacation growth: 3 weeks at 2 years and 4 weeks at 7 years. * $2,000 education allowance plus additional professional development funding. * Free in-house learning rounds, including pelvic health, orthopaedic, pediatric, and emerging leaders programming. * Life insurance, optional disability plan, Employee Assistance Program, and fitness allowance. * Extended health benefits after 3 years. *What You?ll Do* As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at EPA, you will assess a Location Guelph , ON Work location On site Salary $ 37.00 to $ 80.00 HOUR hourly Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10242167281 Various locations Guelph, ON
