We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to grow our Air Pollution Control business across Ontario through direct sales, account development, and strong customer relationships. *About Camfil* Camfil is a global leader in clean air solutions. We design and manufacture commercial and industrial systems for air filtration and air pollution control, supported by manufacturing, research, sales, and service operations worldwide. *About the Role* As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage sales activity within the assigned Western Canada Territory. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, build relationships with customers and channel partners, and achieve revenue and profitability targets. This is an individual contributor position and does not have direct reports. *What You Will Do* * Execute a territory plan to meet revenue, profit, and growth targets. * Pursue new business in target markets. * Grow relationships with customers and channel partners. * Build the sales pipeline and keep CRM records accurate. * Recommend valuable air pollution control solutions. * Deliver proposals, quotations, presentations, and demonstrations. * Negotiate approved terms and close sales promptly. * Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitors. * Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights. * Manage travel and expenses within budget. * Work across teams to deliver a strong customer experience. * Represent Camfil Air Pollution Control professionally and ethically. *What You Bring* * At least five years of territory sales or business development experience, preferably in industrial equipment, air pollution control, dust collection, or a related technical field. * Proven success meeting sales targets and developing new business within an assigned territory. * Experience working with representatives, dealers, or other channel partners is an asset. * Strong knowledge of customer needs and market dynamics. * Ability to understand technical applications and sell based on value and business outcomes rather than price alone. * Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills. * Strong organization, follow through, and territory planning skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Valid driver's licence and ability to travel throughout the territory as required. * Sandler Sales System training is an asset. *How You Work* * Takes ownership of territory results and follows through on commitments. * Uses sound judgment, integrity, and sales data to make decisions. * Communicates clearly and respectfully with customers and colleagues. * Builds trust through consistent service and practical problem solving. * Works independently while collaborating effectively across the business.
