In this role, you will oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. *Responsibilities* * Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. * Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues. * Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of hygiene. * Train new housekeeping staff on procedures and best practices. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. *Requirements* * Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial management within the hospitality industry. * Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. * Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and staff. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
