We are looking for an _experienced _*Shipping Coordinator* to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ground, air, and ocean shipments, strong knowledge of domestic, US and international customs documentation, shipping routing experience, and proficiency with NetSuite. You will handle shipment coordination from start to finish ? ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. _*Salary will be determined based on experience.*_ *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments (ground, air, and ocean). * Manage transportation routing through customer websites and portals (e.g., Macy?s, JC Penney, Amazon, and others). * Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, export declarations (CERS), and Dangerous Goods Declarations. * Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data, maintain shipment logs, and report KPIs. * Support warehouse operations when needed ? forklift experience is an asset. * Troubleshoot and resolve shipping or customs issues proactively. *QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * * Minimum *5+ years* of experience in shipping and logistics coordination. * Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, customs, and Dangerous Goods handling is a *must*. * Experience with ERP (NetSuite) and advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) are a *must*. * Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. * Forklift certification or experience is a plus. *SALARY AND LOCATION* This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week) based at the company?s warehouses on the outskirts of Ottawa, Ontario (K7C 3P2).
