Job Description Job Description Position Details: • Permanent, Full-time • Hourly • On-Site • Schedule: Monday to Friday • Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Location: Head Office, Cornwall Road, Oakville, ON Summary: The Technical Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating technical, inventory, and logistics activities to support the efficient movement, tracking, and maintenance of equipment, materials, and assets. This role combines logistics coordination with hands-on technical support, including inspecting, testing, configuring, and troubleshooting equipment, as well as managing shipping and receiving activities through courier and freight providers such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and other transportation partners. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure equipment and materials are available, properly maintained, accurately tracked, and delivered on time. The role plays a key part in supporting inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, asset management, and operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. The primary responsibilities and duties include; but are not limited to: • Coordinate the shipping, receiving, delivery, and tracking of equipment, materials, and parts. • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and coordinate minor repairs of equipment and technical assets. • Install, update, and configure software, firmware, and devices as required. • Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues and escalate complex issues when necessary. • Maintain records of equipment, software versions, warranties, and maintenance schedules. • Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operational and compliant with requirements. • Liaise with technical teams, vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support operational and project requirements. • Coordinate the availability, deployment, and return of equipment, tools, and materials. • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day operational support activities. • Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate asset and stock records. • Prepare and manage shipping documentation and logistics records. • Monitor shipments, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on delivery issues. • Coordinate shipments with courier and freight providers such as FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL, and other transportation partners, including arranging pickups, tracking deliveries, and resolving shipping issues. • Update inventory, asset management, and ERP systems and generate related reports. • Ensure the safe handling, storage, and transportation of equipment and materials. • Conduct inspections and support compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. • Identify opportunities to improve logistics, inventory, and equipment management processes. • Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications: Academic Training: • Diploma or post-secondary education in Logistics, Electronics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant work experience may be considered. • Valid forklift certification is considered an asset. • Experience operating delivery vehicles, including cube vans, is considered an asset.
