Our commitment and passion is to produce high-quality, nutritious and flavourful products to our customers while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, food safety, and innovation. *Position Summary* The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient handling, storage, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and other supplies. The position provides direction to warehouse employees and works closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure warehouse activities support production and customer requirements. The ideal candidate leads by example and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, organization, accountability, and attention to detail. *Duties and Responsibilities* *Leadership and Employee Coordination* * Supervise, direct, and support warehouse employees in their daily activities. * Assign work and monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and adherence to company policies. * Provide training and guidance to employees and promote teamwork and professionalism. * Address operational and employee concerns and communicate significant issues to the Warehouse Manager. *Warehouse Operations* * Oversee daily receiving, shipping, material handling, storage, and product movement. * Coordinate the movement of materials and finished products between warehouse and production. * Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas and ensure proper product rotation. * Ensure forklifts and other warehouse equipment are operated safely and efficiently. *Shipping, Receiving & Inventory* * Ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate and properly documented. * Verify quantities, product information, lot codes, damages, and discrepancies. * Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, packaging, finished products, and supplies. * Assist with inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure proper product identification and storage. *Food Safety, Quality & Safety* * Ensure warehouse activities comply with company food safety, quality, sanitation, and health and safety requirements. * Maintain proper storage conditions and protect products and materials from contamination or damage. * Promote safe material handling and forklift practices and report hazards, incidents, and equipment concerns. * Support QA inspections, audits, investigations, and corrective actions as required. *Documentation & ERP Systems* * Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, transfer, and other warehouse documentation. * Enter, update, and verify warehouse transactions and inventory information in the company's ERP system and other applicable software. * Ensure records are completed accurately and maintained for inventory control and traceability. * Report inventory, shipping, receiving, or system discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. *Communication & Continuous Improvement* * Maintain effective communication with the Warehouse Manager, Production, QA, Maintenance, and other departments. * Communicate shortages, delays, damages, staffing concerns, and other operational issues promptly. * Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, organization, inventory accuracy, safety, and productivity. * Support implementation of company procedures and continuous improvement initiatives. *Minimum Qualifications* * *3?5 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience.* * *3?5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.* * Valid forklift certification/license with experience operating counterbalance and reach forklifts. * Experience working with *ERP systems, inventory management systems, and oth Location Abbotsford , BC Work location On site Salary $ 68,000 to $ 73,000 YEAR annually Terms of employment Full time Starts as soon as possible vacancies 1 vacancy Source indeed.com #10241154454 Various locations Abbotsford, BC
