In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, ensure smooth communication, and assist with clerical tasks that keep our property management running efficiently. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will help foster a positive environment for both staff and tenants. *Responsibilities* * Rental Application processing * Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace * Maintain organized filing systems?both digital and physical?to ensure quick retrieval of documents * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and customer support skills * Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings * Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail distribution * Perform basic bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks to track expenses and maintain financial records *Experience* * Proven clerical experience in an office environment, preferably within property management or healthcare settings such as dental or medical offices * Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks * Experience with data entry, filing systems, and managing multi-line phone systems * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting * Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities * Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus but not required; relevant experience can be advantageous for handling specialized administrative tasks Join us to become an integral part of a company that values professionalism, growth, and providing outstanding service.
