In this permanent, full-time role, we are looking for a driven team member, who shares our champion's mindset and values. The successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of the teamResponsibilities:Achieve territory business objectives, including sales goals and growth targets.Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.Prospect and cold call to establish new customer relationships and generate additional business.Maintain and strengthen partnerships with existing customers while building long-term relationships with new clients.Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and their applications.Provide support to the inside sales team as needed.Actively pursue opportunities to position the company's products and services in the market.Promote and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, fulfilling customer needs, and resolving issues effectively.Collaborate with sales and administrative teams to prepare proposals, create quotes, and process customer orders.Utilize a consultative sales approach to enhance customer relationships in all aspects, including product recommendations and support.Requirements:Minimum 1-3 years of direct sales experience in the metal industryVehicle ownership (driver's abstract may be requested)Ability for overnight travel (during weekdays)A post-secondary degree and previous experience in steel industry Preference will be given to candidates with prior sales experienceJoining Cascadia Metals means being part of a thriving and expanding organization that values its employees.
