Quick Fit Parts Inc., a leading supplier of heavy-duty truck cooling and A/C parts across Canada, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. *Responsibilities* ? Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts inquiries ? Make outbound sales calls to new, inactive, and existing customers ? Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and close sales ? Build strong relationships with repair shops, fleets, mechanics, and dealerships ? Develop new customer accounts and grow existing accounts ? Identify customer needs and recommend the correct products ? Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up notes in the system ? Work closely with Warehouse, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure orders are processed correctly ? Help achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service *Qualifications* ? Previous sales experience is required ? Experience in auto parts, truck parts, heavy-duty parts, industrial products, or B2B sales is a strong asset ? Strong communication and telephone skills ? Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers ? Confident, organized, reliable, and results-driven ? Basic computer and data-entry skills ?
