If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with heavy equipment, this position is perfect for you! *Responsibilities* * Safely operate flatbed trucks to transport freight over short and long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations * Secure loads properly using straps, chains, and tarps to prevent shifting or damage during transit * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle?s mechanical condition, including checking brakes, tires, lights, and load security * Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and freight documentation in compliance with federal regulations * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and pickups * Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime *Experience* * Valid commercial driver?s license (CDL) with a clean driving record * Proven experience operating flatbed trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles in a commercial setting * Familiarity with freight handling procedures and securing loads on flatbeds * Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and transportation regulations * Experience in automotive repair or troubleshooting is a plus but not required Join us in delivering excellence on every mile!
