The ideal candidate is an excellent driver, on time and reliable. Flexibility is an asset as we do deliveries 365 days per year with a small team. *About Us* H&C Sandwiches is a family-owned and operated food manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience. Our facility is located on Kingsway Avenue in Port Coquitlam. *Responsibilities* * Drive a refrigerated cargo van to deliver sandwiches and food products daily * Load and unload temperature sensitive food products * Pick up cargo from vendors * Accurate calculations and paperwork * Maintain positive customer relationships * Merchandise customer refrigerators * Clean the delivery vehicle * Take the vehicle for maintenance appointment * Occasional emergency deliveries as needed *Requirements* * Must pass a criminal record check * Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident * 5+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record (ICBC driver factor record required) * Ability to lift up to 40 lbs * Able to lift bread trays to chest/shoulder height to transfer products up to a loading dock * Excellent driving skills and knowledge of lower mainland roads * Ability to manually correct invoices * Punctual & reliable * Good time-management skills * Professional demeanor *Working Hours* * 2-3 drivers cover deliveries 7 days a week, 6:00 AM ? 9:30 AM (3.5+ hours daily) * Shift end times may vary based on traffic, orders and pick ups * Flexibility on schedule considered an asset Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food Application question(s): * Which days of the week are you available to work?
